David Hague | M&A, Integration & Succession Planning

David is a long term M&A executive with over 25 years of experience working in professional Corporate Development organizations for multiple Fortune 500 companies as well as several smaller M&A advisory firms. Currently David is a Senior Partner for Navitant, LLC. During the course of his career in M&A Consulting and Corporate Development, David has closed over 70 transactions in over 40 different countries. In addition to his experience developing acquisition strategies and negotiating and closing transactions globally, David has significant integration experience including leading the integration efforts of a global carve-out acquisition which included 2,300 employees in operations across 38 separate countries. David has an experience set that is rare and sought after. Navitant will bring this experience capability to you.
Charles is a seasoned real estate attorney and Instructional Assistant Professor of Finance at the University of Mississippi. He has consulted on real estate matters ranging from residential and commercial acquisitions, real estate development, land use representation, and oil and gas production and distribution. With a background in law, taxation and financial research, Charles can provide a holistic approach to facing business concerns.

Carrie is an accomplished HR professional with extensive knowledge regarding policies, procedures, talent management, and recruiting. She is experienced in the source-to-on-board process and most recently she's focused on recruiting highly-skilled candidates for her clients.
Jim brings a wealth of experience in strategic planning, acquisitions, and divestitures. He has closed over 70 transactions (80% acquisitions / 20% divestitures) throughout his career. He is an experienced, proven partner with first-chair negotiation and leadership acumen. Jim is a financially-focused, process-oriented driver of the transaction execution process (sourcing to close)
